Waverly is extremely sweet and biddable. She has never met a stranger, human or canine. She is very in tune to her handler and loves training.

Waverly is a very special girl. She is Winger's grand niece, and will hopefully continue adding to the impressive legacy of her performance pedigree.
Waverly hails from Geronimo Goldens near Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is a delight to live with--eager to please, learns quickly, and gets along well with all the other dogs. She is a natural retriever and took to birds the first time she was introduced to them. Waverly has a super sweet demeanor and loves to share her space, toys, and affections with her humans and other dogs. While she loves strangers, she is very handler focused and will only go to visit when given permission.
At 6 months old, she attended an Austin Golden Retriever Club Fetch Test and completed her Novice Fetch, Canine Good Citizen, and Novice Trick Dog titles. She handled the trial environment like a pro and was totally focused on her tasks.
At 9 months old, she competed in her first AKC Scent Work trial. She exceeded all my expectations and qualified in 5/6 runs, only flagging on day 2 after she suffered from a bee sting on the nose! Two weeks later she attended her second scent work trial and had a perfect weekend going 8/8 and earning Novice High In Trial.
This girl has a very bright future!
